Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead field teams, monitor sales, build client relationships, and drive performance in key districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This is a leadership role with impact across urban and rural markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor Teams: Drive performance, motivate and train field sales staff.
  • Sales Monitoring: Analyze team sales data, set goals, and generate performance reports.
  • Training: Upskill team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
  • Sales Closure: Manage negotiations and finalize deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Marketing preferred)
  • Proven field sales or regional manager experience (Non-FMCG background is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet goals in fast-paced environments
  • Sales and market strategy understanding
  • Must Have: A Two-Wheeler, Android smartphone
  • Proficiency in Telugu and basic English

  • Telangana- Nizamabad, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar
